Shipping and Delivery Policy
At TUTA, we fully understand the value of the leather pieces you acquire, and we are committed to ensuring they reach you with utmost care and speed right to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing
Since all our products are entirely handmade with meticulous precision, the process of preparing and getting your order ready for shipping takes 2 to 5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message via WhatsApp/email containing your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your leather piece.
2. Delivery Time
We work with the best shipping companies to ensure your orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date the shipment leaves our workshop.
The duration may vary slightly depending on your geographical location, weather conditions, or shipping company circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer shipping services at competitive prices to all governorates:
Inside Cairo and Giza: 85 EGP.
Other Governorates: 160 EGP.
4. Receiving the Shipment
We recommend inspecting the leather piece immediately upon receipt to ensure it meets the standards we promised.

Exchange and Return Policy
At TUTA, we strive to offer artisanal pieces that will last a lifetime. As we adhere to the highest quality standards in our 100% genuine leather handmade products, we wish to clarify our policy to ensure a sophisticated and satisfying shopping experience:
1. Inspection and Quality Assurance Upon Receipt The moment of receipt is the primary guarantee of product quality, therefore: We kindly ask our esteemed customers to carefully inspect the item immediately upon receiving it from the shipping representative. Receiving the shipment constitutes a formal acknowledgment of its integrity from any apparent damage and its conformity to specifications. The store cannot accept claims of damage after the representative has departed.
2. Exchange and Return Conditions We grant our customers a 3-day period from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return, subject to the following conditions: The product must be in its original condition entirely (unused, free from scratches, or perfume scents) and with all its accessories and packaging. If the exchange or return is at the customer’s request (without a manufacturing defect), the customer will bear the full shipping costs (to and from).
3. Characteristics of Natural Leather (Certificate of Authenticity) We pride ourselves on using 100% natural leather, and accordingly: Natural marks (such as pores, veins, and slight variations in color shades) are the hallmark of genuine leather and are not defects. These characteristics are considered part of the handmade item’s identity and are not grounds for return.
4. Special and Custom Orders In appreciation of the uniqueness of your specially crafted pieces: Any customized item (such as engraving a name, modifying a size, or a special design) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Exceptions apply only in cases of a clear manufacturing defect or an execution error that contradicts what was agreed upon.
5. Return Restrictions We regret to decline the return or exchange of any item in the following cases: Items that have been subjected to misuse (such as exposure to water, oils, perfumes, or improper storage). Items that have been altered or attempted to be repaired by the customer.
6. Refund Mechanism We are committed to transparency in refunding your dues: The inspection process takes place immediately upon the returned product’s arrival at our premises, and after confirming the product’s integrity. The due amount will be transferred within 7 to 14 business days via (bank transfer or electronic wallets). Shipping fees and any administrative transfer costs will be deducted from the total value.
